  Freshest food and a very friendly service. You just take a set of food plus some drinks and don’t think about anything. The food will come to you in a best way, just take your time and enjoy.

  One of those restaurants you fly into a city just to visit. Extraordinary produce, preparation and sequencing of flavours. Go early. Get the chef's counter. It'll feel like your own personal chef.

  With many of the chefs previously at Kishoku (another Japanese restaurant downstairs), Gin is a newly renovated version carrying a similar style and of high quality. Go during lunch for best value.
