Life is not that simple, and I wish the menu isn't either.
For brunch/lunch, it is basically some variety of salads, eggs(poached, scrambled and omelet), burgers, pasta and pizzas.
It is unfortunate that the chef cannot even master such a limited repertoire. Instead of a fluffy, moist omelet, I was served one with a rubbery texture and that had its soul sucked out of it. The artichoke and mushroom pizza was paper thin, with no tomato sauce and little cheese.
    The place is also understaffed.

Worst pasta so far in 2018.
    Cold bread, cold tomato.
So many dirty words from staffs standing next to me while I’m eat.

Next to food fest, this one provides a much more decent environment for beauties & gents. The all day breakfast & cake set 😋

I had lunch there. It was fabulous, I ordered cream truffle risotto, I love the taste. It was not so expensive, lower than I expected actually. Around $110 per person. The dinner should cost much more.

The main course is so yummy and healthy though the portion is a bit small.

The cake is fresh and tasty.

Love their home made bread, crispy and the taste is just fit!

The only problem is too long waiting for a seat.

I believe this is one of the better simplylife cafes in Kowloon at the moment. Quality is kept throughout the years and the cakes here are delicious.

Last night I bought cakes and bread, the staff responsible for the bread cabinet, her attitude was very bad and scold me, because I strayed into the restricted area. On the contrary, the cashier staff attitude is very friendly, she finally solved the problem. The taste of the cake and bread is good.

The restaurant provide a short but comprehensive menu that are modified and cycled periodically. Nice choice for gathering or for a casual afternoon tea.
The shop also offers a wide range of bakery and cakes. It also comes with an open bakery kitchen where customers can observe the making process.

Wide range of dinner choices, with bread and butter as starter. I requested some more bread and the waiter is happy to give me a free refill.
The food will never disappoint you, however it could be quite noisy at peak hours.
