This is one of the more authentic sake places that I've been to in most of HK. It's cozy, but serves up really lovely bar food and great sake selections. It's not easy to find a table especially the later you arrive, so make sure you try to make a reservation beforehand. Great that it's in the middle of LKF, which helps with convenience and ambience. Do make sure you check the place out if you're into Japanese drinks!

I personally really like this place for its cozyness and quality of service we got. Sitting at the bar allows you an insight into what they're cooking and also for you to see for yourself what you're ingesting eventually. You get that intimacy that many other places do not quite offer, which is very lovely. Prices are not cheap, but not ridiculous either, considering that they're in the middle of LKF. Worth checking out! Owners themselves are Japanese.

Come here often for their monthly events. Fixed price for free flow sake and food. The owner is really an encyclopedia of sake, you can ask about anything regarding sake she will have a great answer for you. The sake offered are fresh and the food is great for pairing. They have a small balcony, you can see LKF from above. If you are into sake life, you gotta check this place out.

An ideal place for Sake lovers. The ultra-friendly knowledgeable staff will help you through a massive selection of 'nihonshu'. A good selection of reasonably tasty food (fish cakes and chicken wings highly recommended). Go and enjoyand you will likely find yourself becoming a regular like many of the other guests in the bar. I really really love this bar.

Izakaya but instead of beer, just fantastic sake with the all your favourite traditional Japanese pub grub. Best part? Snack bang on the middle of LKF, Hong Kong's drinking centre.
With subtle decor and a great balcony for times when the limited seating indoors are rammed. You can be assured the professional staff can recommend some of the best Nihon-shou sake with behidingthat presentation, label cards and even example packages to show the type of rice they use in the sake, yet at a affordable and even criminally low price.
    Highly recommended.

New favourite place in HK. The staff's sake recommendations were amazing. Best sake I've had in HK and at a totally reasonable price. Will be back

Very cool little sake bar when you want a break from busy LKF streets in a terrace setting. Sake sommeliers are knowledgeable and with predominantly a Japanese crowd, you know this place is legit.

Ayuchi is a wonderful host. An always comfortable, friendly experience. Away from the crowds but close to it all! A must visit!
