    以前嘅舊香港,每個家庭嘅人口隨隨便便就可以坐到半圍,但隨着時代嘅變遷,每個家庭嘅人數少左,平均都係三四人家庭。為咗適應時代嘅變遷同消費模式嘅變化,畔溪尚粵館同傳統酒家唔同,點心唔再係四件一籠,飯粉面唔再係三四人嘅份量,份量全部減半,即使你只係得一兩個人嚟食飯,你都可以享受到唔同款式嘅點心或者茶餚。

    今日係星期日,畔溪非常之多人,差唔多要等成半個鐘先有位。

    坐定定,嗱嗱臨再睇下有啲咩野嘢食。我妹仲係屋企瞓覺,所以我哋就決定帶幾耐同點心再加個炒飯,部份堂食,剩低嘅就帶返返俾我妹返屋企食。

    懷舊棉花雞$ 27
    叫咗懷舊棉花雞( $26.8),魚肚同雞肉一齊正,魚肚充分咁呀吸收左雞汁嘅味道,食落口非常之juicy,而且雞肉都仲係好滑,冇因為蒸而變得鞋口。

    翡翠豆苗餃$ 32
    翡翠豆苗餃( $30.8),佢嘅皮癡筷子,同埋用筷子夾住,就好似就快爛咁嘅款,皮做得唔算太靚, 豆苗同蝦仁嘅調味唔錯,食物還可以。

    畔溪蝦餃王$ 19
    畔溪蝦餃王($18.8),同豆苗餃嘅情況有啲類似,外皮都係會痴筷子,但係大大粒蝦餃,食落去非常滿足,就放過你啦!

    斑蘭千層糕$ 27
    班蘭葉千層糕( $25.8),呢個係我必點嘅點心,因為佢鹹甜適中,而且鬆鬆軟軟,係大人小朋友嘅至愛。

    煙三文魚蟹籽蛋白炒飯$ 95
    叫咗個煙三文魚蟹籽蛋白炒飯( $95 ),煙三文魚有點過鹹,平時食開蛋白炒飯,都係偏淡居多嘅,所以煙三文魚對比起來就會特別響所以煙三文魚對比起來就會特別鹹,而且今日嘅飯粒有點糊,應該係煮飯嘅時候水落得略多。

    我哋三個人加埋大概人均$80左右,中午來講都算係少貴㗎啦,但偶爾過嚟食吓,都算係唔錯嘅選擇。
