Not sure about the service. They dropped a hot sandwich on the floor after heating it. hopefully still in the bag and decided to just give it to the customer and giggled after. Incident Feb 8th approx at 12:40pm.

Good for a quick breakfast/ lunch.The super power bowl cranberry yogurt is delicious. Also recommend the "hummus" sandwich. Staff is friendly.

I love the food and every morning at 7:00 I travel from Mong Kok to Elements to get my breakfast bit expensive although.
The should open more shops in HK.

I was here yesterday (Saturday 1st October) 12.00. The three staff were talking crap about Pret management and how they keep getting accused of just hanging around the till. They were swearing about their managers.

Prices are more expensive in HK, the sandwiches look bad. The quality is not as good as the Pret in the UK, which is both cheaper and fresher. I won't buy sandwiches in this store anymore.
