They need to hire more staff, ruined the beginning of my holiday. They kept us waiting ages for 2 drinks and a pizza. You can’t provide such a rubbish service in an airport where time is limited.

Usually a great place, and good food.
I'm currently now in the Hong Kong Branch at the airport, workers here are ruining the brand, plain and simple. Food not warm enough, high delays in service, very very unwelcoming staff.

Pizza express London for me is the best in the world, so you have an amazing brand, don't let it be ruined here

The pizzas are great, garlic bread was quite bland, service not the quickest
Overall experience was good since the food was specially the pizzas were great.
Some nice choices of beverages on the menu

Got here at 11:30pm and they close at midnight. Would have been fine to turn us away but they chose to accept us. Got told sternly that we got 5 minutes before they took our order. We then got pizzas that were unevenly cooked of being hot in some areas and cold in others. Basically arrive early or don’t eat here.

I was traveling back to the UK and i had to eat so i came in had a nice service from the receptionist sat me down quickly and i was informed the cooking time as well so i wont miss my flight. The trainee server, his name was Glenn. There wasnt settings in the table and it wasnt prepared yet and he served everything quickly cleaned it and serve my pizza to me on time as well. He had really done a job. Welldone. Wont forgot the service in pizza express in Hongkong! Job well done!

Skip this restaurant. Anywhere in HKIA is 10 times better than this one.

Great pizza and beer, an unexpected delighted in the Hong Kong airport!

Plus, most comfortable place to sit in the entire international terminal, they have free WiFi and international plugs that you won't find elsewhere.

My go to pizza fix in HK massive airport. A lot of room, wifi is accessible. My fav is their calabrese! I will be there again in a week!

The food was great as a vegetarian, but the management and insane currency accepting policy wasn't - no 2 euro coins and they give you currency in hkd, plus a service charge that isn't stated anywhere. 23 euro for a pizza that wasn't amazing.

Very good for short stop, when you are waiting for the fly.
Delicious food, good wine, friendly service and acceptable price!
If Pizza Express can close little bit later, it will be perfect!
