Just like the name says, it was professional (much better than GYN on Irving St (DO NOT GO THERE). Only weird thing was converted HKD to JPY and he only has 10,000¥ notes so I had to take less than I wanted.

Extremely good rates. Efficient, great service. To get there, get out of Exit E from Causeway Bay subway and turn left, right through a pedestrian shopping street, left (look at map). Then left onto Sugar Street. About the middle of this street, there are stairs on the left down to the basement and to the left again. You'll see it.
