Traditionally, education was a simple passing-on of facts, figures and quotes. In today’s ever changing world, just being able to recite information is not enough. Modern students are faced with a much more complex world than we faced as students. Hong Kong students are under constant pressure to seek and ‘absorb’ knowledge, then be able to apply it in intellectual and creative ways, while tempering it with moral and emotional maturity. Oxbridge uses a multifaceted approach that views education as holistic. Our vision is not to just produce students who acquire knowledge but can also apply that knowledge to the real world and consider the consequences of their actions.
