  The whole lot, including the Synagogue and Robinson Place (the two residential blocks) are owned by the Synagogue. The Robinson Place is under a long lease of 99 years with Swire Properties which redevelop part of the lot for resell in late 1990s while all the parking spaces are still owned by the Synagogue.
