  Metis has been home to me for almost 2 years :)
  I still remembered the first time I took Wafa and Freddy's open class I immediately fell in love with them because they are passionate, creative and professional.
  
  After that, I have participated many dance projects and performances, in addition to regular classes. I tried to make it to every class as I feel very blessed to have amazing teachers like them within my reach, where you can get fantastic exposure to Mambo, Pachanga, Chachacha, Afro-Cuban, Heels Fusion
  
  Apart from that, I have made so many precious friends here at Metis. As dancers, we are brought together by each other through the language of dance and that is just so beautiful
  
  I gotta say, this is one of the best decisions I have made in HK, to join Metis and grow together with it :)
  
  Caution: they are strict and serious about dancing, come prepared :)
  You might get some straight forward feedbacks, but you know what, this is how you grow fast!

  Métis is one of the best place and dance family to learn salsa, lady styling and heel fusion in HK! Wafa and Freedy are cool and fun people after you know them more and they have lot of passion to share their love of dance with us!!
  I joined one of Wafa’s performance team this year, It was hardcore and intensive training and indeed it was a great journey and definitely one of the best performance and experience I had. Join us and share lot of fun and smiles on dance floor !! 😊🥰🤗

  I was introduced to METIS by a friend one year ago. After I checked their FB website videos I knew it was the place I was looking for. It is not just sexy dancing but also powerful independent and confident inspiration. Well, be prepared that Wafa could be really strict on you and push you hard especially if you join her performance group. But at least we know we haven’t wasted our time and money, right? You will see how much and fast you can go by her “bossy” pushing 🤣🤫. Freddy is always professional and gentle to everyone, you can learn a lot from him for sure to become a great social dancer! 💪
