Got a school tour and was very impressed. The campus is obviously top-notch and the teachers seem very capable as well. Children are outgoing and well-behaved. We ended up choosing another school due to logistical reasons - but we might come back for secondary.
The school is quite new, but the principal and teachers are very professional, most of them taught in other famous IS before and with excellent educational background like Cambridge. The system is comprehensive and the students are eager to learn.
Large building but limited green space. Outdoor areas seem to be on the roof top. A typical British school opening in Asia whose only goal is to use its name to make money. They are affiliated with Malvern but not truly Malvern. Anyone giving the school 5 stars is probably an employee of the school. It is a new school which makes enrollment a priority at these for profit institutions. This inevitably means the school is filled with students from China and some will have literally no English skills (but have deep pockets). No matter what the school claims if there are too many new English speakers then the other English speaking students' pace of learning will be affected by the non-English speakers. I have seen this first hand in HK international schools, its is certainly not unique to any school but expect more of it at a new school such as this one.
Under construction still, but architecture is exciting
