(This Google Map pin has been set at a wrong place, fyi)Could have dim sum lunch with roughly US$50 per 6 pieces per person. Doesn't think it pricey given the restaurant is in a FS property with 3*. The dim sums were great enough except this week's special. Luckily got a table near window that offered a fantastic view. Level of the staff service was top notch. Will revisit if I can make a booking which was quite tough this time.

$$$. Lung King Heen 龙景轩 is a 3 Michelin star restaurant that provides an incredible dim sum experience. Lunch hours are M-F 12PM to 2:30PM, S+S+holidays 11:30AM to 3PM. Dinner hours are 6PM to 11PM. The meaning of its name Lung King Heen 龙景轩 is "view of the dragon". It's located in the luxury Four Season Hong Kong Hotel on the fourth floor, it looks and feels like entering a palace. Immediately upon arrival the hostess ushers you in to your seat and provides absolutely incredible professional service and level of care during the entire visit. Their dim sum lunch menu offers a wide variety of the most impeccably crafted, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious Cantonese cuisine imaginable, with perfection of textures, taste (sweet and sour, mild and simple), and temperature. Their dim sum items have both very simple light almost understated taste to very highly complex, extremely rich, deep flavors. Their dim sum sauces are some of the best and certainly the highest quality I've ever experienced, it's what I'd call "perfection", simply because I can't imagine that it could be improved upon. Their dinner menu offers traditional Chinese cuisine options that will also delight, and share the same impeccable preparation, care and beautiful presentation of Chinese and Cantonese cuisine.

Delicious food and impeccable service. We enjoyed lunch here today. All food was of the highest quality and so tender. My favourite was the pork and pine nut dim sum buns. Very good value for a 3* michelin restaurant. Staff are attentive but not intrusive. Special thanks to our waiter John!

The best cantonese dining experience you'll ever have. A dim sum lunch is incredibly affordable for a restaurant with 3 stars. YOU MUST have the abalone dim sum pastry. Simply remarkable in every regard!!!

Despite high expectations, I was impressed by the lunch we had here. We largely ordered dishes we were familiar with but each was done to a standard we’d not had before. The service was good too.

It is obviously expensive and there are probably much better ‘value’ places that you could visit, but for some of the best Cantonese food you can get in Hong Kong, I’d recommend making a reservation here. Ask for a table by the windows to get the views over to Kowloon.

Good service! The food is great, I had a vegetable fried rice dish and a noddle is amazingly flavorful. The mostly the milkshake is pretty delicious. I will definitely come back again and again.

This is a difficult restaurant to rate given there is a very big difference between the lunch and dinner menus.

The lunch dim sum menu is 5 stars delicious, with some of the best dumplings I've ever had.

The dinner menu on the other hand still felt a bit unrefined, and not what I was expecting of high end Chinese food. I didn't go for the prix fixe menu, but did request some of the dishes in it a la carte (Australian Wagyu Cubes). The meat was a bit overcooked in my opinion and the sauce took away from the flavor of what a delicious beef should be. I'd give the dinner menu 3 stars, given that at this level expectations are (and should be) very high.

The service to me was the highlight. The staff there was absolutely outstanding, treating us like royalty with a smile from the moment we walked in to the moment we departed. The day after our dinner we came back for lunch and didn't even have to greet the hostess because she already recognized us and immediately took us to our table. I'd give 6 stars if I could for the outstanding service offered.

Lung King Heen at Four Seasons Hotel is the world’s first Chinese restaurant and the only Cantonese restaurant in Hong Kong awarded the coveted maximum of 3 Michelin stars. With a name that means “view of the dragon”, it almost feels that you are walking into a palace with an open dining hall offering a panorama of the Victoria Harbour.

Executive Chef Chan Yan Tak does an amazing job with creating menus serving exquisite delicate dim sum, with popular items including Steamed Lobster and Scallop Dumpling, Baked Whole Abalone Puff with Diced Chicken and Steamed Shrimp and Pork Dumplings with Crab Roe. Be prepared to pay at least 3-4 more than the usual dim sum restaurants.

A Michelin Starred restaurant. Excellent food. Everything we tried from Chicken to beef to fish and prawns tasted fresh. The meat was cooked just right. Not spicy so you can taste the meat and the vegetables.

Reasonably priced and good dim sums. The service was outstanding. However, it was really hard to get a table with a good view. We booked 2 months in advance and still didn't get the window side table.

Service was spot on, but didn't really enjoy much of the food. It was over priced and on the bland side. It's possible to find better tasting find food at cheaper restaurants in HK.

Imho not worth it. Food was Chinese, but not better (tastier) than a local Chinese restaurant in HK Of course I'm just a foreigner and maybe I don't appreciate the real deal. Bill was 500$ for 2 people.

Been to a lot of restaurants, and this holds the top spot by a good margin. The atmosphere, the way the waiters helped us understand everything question we had, and the food was amazing. The pepper waygu was beyond belief. Cant get over that experience. Wish I could give it 10 stars.

Last night was a very special occasion, i had been planning a surprise to Lung King Heen for my girlfriends Birthday. They surpassed all expectation.
The food looks beautiful and is a pleasure to eat.
There Sommelier guided us through the wine list with interesting facts and gently suggested some brilliant choices but The secret weapon is the outstanding service, the staffs warmth and attention to detail made our evening really enjoyable, Victor who looked after us last night made the experience one we will always remember.
Thank you for such an exquisite evening.
