  Horrible. It not only appears that our foreign status is reason for lack of attention and less than optimal instruction but customer relation management is frighteningly bad. We no longer can go there despite having paid for classes in advance as we are too terrified of the owner's ever changing rules will destroy our learning experience and enjoyment. When we signed up with Kuro Vale, We are keen to study pottery very, very long term. Yet we are busy professionals who work abroad on business trips and in town at short notice. We carefully and lengthily explained prior to paying by batch of four sessions not refundable, with NO absence accepted that we might need some flexibility because of our travels and that, as agreed with the owner, we would always give plenty of notice in advance. Well, despite huge assurances to the contrary, now we're penalized if we miss and must forfeit our class. We placed such request twice in six months, so it is not us being fickle and demanding, but rather the owner being inflexible. The very thought of going there and using up my two last remaining sessions for this batch is litteraly making me sick in the stomach because of the stress Kuro Vale has managed to create in us.
