世運花園（英文：Olympic Garden）俗稱「世運公園」，位於香港九龍九龍城南部，鄰近舊啟德機場，是香港首座以奧林匹克命名的地名。公園位於九龍城迴旋處之內，上方有亞皆老街至太子道東的天橋（1972年4月25日啟用），太子道西、亞皆老街及馬頭涌道都在此交匯。設計公園內奧運的元素不多，僅有五環及火炬作為圖案的花壇。此公園附近為舊啟德機場，鄰近宋王臺公園。由於九龍城有眾多泰國店舖及食肆，因而每個星期日都會有大量泰國女傭在此聚集，故場內的告示牌也以中文、英文及泰文書寫。歷史1964年夏季奧林匹克運動會聖火傳遞聖火在希臘採集過後，運往主辦地日本東京途中於同年8月路經香港傳遞，是香港歷史上首次迎來奧運聖火。香港政府為了紀念此項盛事，將九龍城啟德機場附近一個迴旋處公園命名為世運公園，並且將附近的街道命名為世運道。當中的世運是當時香港對奧林匹克運動會的俗稱，與世界運動會無關係。1970年12月4日，時任教宗保祿六世訪問香港，港府當時派開篷跑車接載教宗，當教宗離開啟德機場時，不少市民都聚集在世運花園迎接教宗。2012年11月26日，康樂及文化事務署宣布世運花園由即日至2016年12月30日關閉，以配合港鐵沙田至中環線興建工程。. 九龍城砦（きゅうりゅうじょうさい）は、現在の香港・九龍の九龍城地区に造られた城塞、またはその跡地に建てられていた巨大なスラム街を指す呼称。広東語で「九龍城砦、又は九龍城寨 (砦と寨は日本語でも廣東語でも同じ意味を指す。) 」ピン音「Gau2lung4sing4zaai6」と呼ばれてきた。日本では九龍城砦を「九龍城」（きゅうりゅうじょう）と呼ぶ場合がある。香港本土では「九龍城」は九龍城砦が存在した一帯の地域名あるいは行政地区名の呼び名である。詳細は九龍を参照。概要香港で一般的に「九龍城砦」と呼ばれてきたが、正式名称は「九龍寨城」（きゅうりゅうさいじょう）という。これは1994年に当時のイギリス・香港政庁が行った構造物解体時に廃棄物の中から発見された石製の大きな扁額により明確になった。この時、同時に砦時代の大砲の砲身なども見つかっており、貴重な文化財として九龍寨城公園内の資料館に保管されている。1898年、イギリスが清朝から香港島や九龍に隣接する新界、及びランタオ島をはじめとする香港周辺200余りの島嶼部を99年間租借。九龍城砦は新界地区に所在していたが、例外として租借地から除外され清の飛び地となる。後にイギリスの圧力で清軍・官吏等が排除されてしまい、以後中国大陸が中国国民党率いる中華民国となって以降も、事実上どこの国の法も及ばない不管理地帯となる。1941年から1945年の日本軍による香港占領期間中に、近隣の啓徳空港（旧:香港国際空港、1998年に移転のため廃止）拡張工事の材料とするため城壁が取り壊された。1940年代の中国内戦と、1949年の中国共産党率いる中華人民共和国の樹立により、香港政庁の力が及ばないこの場所に中国大陸からの流民がなだれ込みバラックを建設、その後スラム街として肥大化する。.
