  Lots of space to sit. Food is pretty standard for HK KFC but a little cold. Friendly staff.

  Staff were helpful and plenty of daylight from the window side. Queuing was usually long but not taking much time to the counter as expected.

  The service level is always terrible. I have visited many times but their staff always made wrong order and presenting wrong food. Service manner is rude and inexperienced. Always expect to have improvement.
