Nice and popular restaurant in Kowloon Tongfood is tasty. But, during my recent visit one of the dishes was luck warm when it arrived on our table! Had to tell them to warm it up again!

Decent restaurant, however the table setting is too close. Dinning time limited to 1.5hours. Good looking dim sum, taste just ok. Expensive.

Nice decor but not much space between tables. Did the reservation 10 days in advance for a Sunday night dinner n yet was given a table which was right behind another table and the chairs were literally right behind. Service was lousy as the servers were all far too busy. I don't think I'll ever visit this restaurant again

Garbage restaurant. Shrimps were completely raw and undercooked like sashimi . When we told them to make another plate they just reheated the old plate and brought it back and lied about it. Seats are also cramped. Would not come here again if you paid me to eat here.
After the server lying to us we asked to speak to the manager. Thank God he was actually trying to run an honest business and apologized and really made an effort to clear things up. I appreciate his help but still, it's clear that his subordinates are incompetent.response / report this review -

Regularly visit this restaurant since it opened. Food and service were great before. Now it's always very packed and food and service so so. Tables are very close to each other and generally noisey. Feel sorry for the waiters as they are under staffed and always very busy. So don't expect good service.

On weekends, you cannot book ahead. Be prepared for a wait.

Surprisingly food is quite good here. Came on a Friday lunch and there was a waiting crowd. Definitely suggest to book ahead.
