I sent my Apple Watch to repair in TAI PO. Apparently, they have a branch there. It seems to me they take their repair items to the same place. I have to admit, they not only use cheap parts but after repair it’s not the same. It got a little wet and the whole screen cracked open. Not only did they NOT provide a solution. They didn’t call me back about the problem when they said they would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Cheap Parts! Poor Communication! Poor Service!
