It is always a pleasure to go to the Hong Kong Post Office. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The place is clean and brightly lit. The human element of using genuine post (with real stamps!) and real people is so valuable in a day and age where most of our lives have become so impersonal. Our company always uses the HK Post as a first choice for mail, parcels and Speedpost. The service at the window and the delivery times are excellent!

Got told rudely by a member of staff downstairs that I had gone to the wrong counter to send my parcel (even though the signs says parcels are sent downstairs) and acted as if he didn't believe me when I told him.

What's there not to like. Friendly staff. I love mail forwarding service. Walk upstairs and get connected to elevated way to Exchange Square and IFC. It will take you all the way the Sheung Wan at Shun Tak (Macao Ferry)
