Hoi Ha (海下; Pinyin: Hǎixià) is a small village on the innermost shore of Hoi Ha Wan, Hong Kong. It is at the north end of the Sai Kung Peninsula. It is in the Sai Kung Country Park. The village is on the east bank of the estuary of the Pak Sha O River. Pak Sha O is one of the most complete Hakka villages in Hong Kong. Hoi Ha Wan was the first Marine Park in Hong Kong and is home to one of the most diverse coral communities in S China.
It is now under attack by planners who wish to zone it for house building. It should be all Country and Marine Park; stand with us in opposing the outline zoning plan for the area.
