• Higher Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management (since 2005)
• Higher Diploma in Hotel Management (since 2008)
• Higher Diploma in Tourism and Events Management (since 2003)
Our 2-year full-time programmes are designed to provide tailored curriculums covering specific features of the hotel, tourism and event management industries with a special focus on Hong Kong, at a level commensurate with junior management. The multi-disciplinary curriculums encourage the acquisition of basic life and employment skills and prepare students for a rewarding career. Programme features include practical job placement opportunities, in-class experiential learning, professional talks and field trips. Graduates are expected to join the hotel, tourism and event management workforce either locally or overseas; alternatively, our graduates may choose to further their studies in a related field and achieve a higher qualification.

我們提供的兩年全日制課程，著重培訓同學在酒店、旅遊、會議及展覽項目管理方面的專門知識、技巧及經驗，為同學日後留港或到外地升學、投身酒店，旅遊及節目管理行業奠下穩固的基礎。學院因應各科教學需要，安排同學到本港著名酒店實習，及邀請具經驗的業界代表主講講座、或安排同學進行實地考察。
