I have rent from them twice when my car had problems, now I don't have any problems because I lease from them and they will replace the car if it needed to fix. No worries at all. Just fill up and drive.

I am use Hawk car rental for over 10 years. The service always A1. Reasonable pricing, friendly staff, and the cars always was clean and delivery on time. 6 star car rental company!!
With regard to your complaint Anuj, we should point out that your booking was made during a peak period (long weekend holiday period). As it was during a peak period, Hawk only had one rental car available as we were operating at full strength. When requested by the Hawk Team to make an advance payment for the rental fees to secure your rental, you declined to do so. The communication initially was between our Hawk personnel and your Secretary whom we understood to have been accurately relaying our messages to you. However, she relayed the message that you were unhappy about paying for the rental fees in advance. As such and under these circumstances, we received no positive response from you. At the same time, another customer contacted Hawk and was happy to pay for the rental fees in advance to secure this last available car. Understandably in these circumstances, this customer was awarded the rental car. It is not an uncommon practice for vendors to request advance payment for bookings made remotely in order to secure goods and services and without payment, the goods and services will not be delivered.
My experience can only be described as TERRIBLE. They do not have basic communication or service skiils. After a writen confirmation about the booking they gave away the car to another customer. Did not have the sense to at least inform me that the car had been given away to someone else. Did not even have the coutsey to return my call or respond to my email the same day.
No sense at all of how a service provider should behave with their customer. As I did not actually get to drive a car I cannot comment on the quality of the cars. I can only say that quality of staff is terrible and if you are going to use them please be prepared for a very frustrating experience communicating with them. Be absolutely clear about what you want. It may be easier to communicate with a child.
