Quality buffet that is expensive but kept up its quality over all these years
Almost top quality food with a very nice window view of the Victoria Harbour.
The variety and range of food is OK but could add a local Chinese noodle section.
The best part is the seafood is very fresh.
The worst part is the cooked king crab leg with cheese, which tasted too salty.
Service is OK, but I did see the waiter gave 100% more service when it was a westerner sitting down.
It was fun to see a food mixing show.
The only down side is I hope they will update there pay system to Android and Samsung Pay
Good view. Quality of food is poor, a two-star, barely!
Steamed shrimps - not live shrimps, very frozen, very dried. Freezer burned taste
Sushi - just cheap maki, with non-professional chefs. Sushi rice looks bad
Sashimi quality - bad and not much of selections. Overall, they look like a cheap sushi all you can eat place
Steamed Fish - not fresh fish, tasted like frozen fish.
Cold crab - no taste. May be also from frozen food
Abalone - Off the menu
Oyster - Off the menu
Goose Foie Gras - Off the menu, just duck liver
Cheesecake - AWFUL. It does not taste like cheesecake at all.
Napoleon cake - real taste.
Very disappointed that a 5-star hotel does not have real pastry chef
For a USD 125/person seafood buffet, it is a rip-off and not worth to be here.
If you want the view, just go upstairs to have a regular service.
We used to come here every time we visited Hong Kong. The quality is going downhill. This will be our last time for this seafood buffet.
Beautiful restaurant space with floor to ceiling window exposure and views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline. The buffet offerings was well represented with of foods from around the world. Favorites include cold crab, roast beef, and birds nest soup! Be prepared for a bit of queuing at the start of each service session when everyone is up for the same course.
Buffet - A very complete, high quality buffet right by the harbor, offering a great view of the city. The variety and range make this one of the best buffets you can find anywhere, but it can get quite crowded.
Excellent variety and quality. Service is top notch. Roast beef and dessert are better than those offer from other similar class of hotel buffets. Kids friendly.
The food is soso, not worth to go
Good food, but not excellent. And quite crowded, not really a nice atmosphere but really nice harbor view! Price-benefit-ratio not really good since quite expensive (1000 hkd for buffet)
Good view, good food, good service, but no oyster
Excellent buffet dinner especially the seafood.
