Relatively quite branch in comparison to some of the branches I've been to.
Service is hit and miss however. I wanted to ask them if they offered a debit card, and didn't really receive a coherent yes or no. I found out later that they don't offer it.

早在1960年代，已是九龍區主要分行。一元可以開红部仔儲蓄户口。各主要銀行業務均可辦理。職員極樂意向客户解答，促成交易及辦妥手公續。给人滿意答案。

Same as in all Hang Seng branches, extremely unhelpful staff. Everything takes forever and you always go through the same procedure. For 30min all you ask for is not possible, then they start disappearing and taking to their managers which takes another 30min, then it goes to maybe possible and after 1.5h you finally get what you came for and what normally takes 5min.
