Marvellous steakhouse with cozy environment. Plenty of options for choice of steak and various side dishes. There are steaks from US, Australia, Canada and United Kingdom. Lots of choices for cuts as well, like Porterhouse, T bone, ribeye, striploinetc. Dry-aged beef are also available.

Steak was well cooked and tasty. There's a burn of charcal which added flavour to the dish.

Various dessert options are also available. The mixed fresh berry triffle was quite refreshing.

Knowing our Christmas was going to be busy, we decided to celebrate a week earlier and enjoy a quiet Steak dinner.

I have always loved the interior of the GHS. It embodies exactly how I imagine steakhouses to be. It's setting is dark enough to be romantic without being so dark you can't see your food.

We loved the salad bar. At $320 HKD per person, 8 dishes of different salad dishes to choose from along with Iberico ham, smoked salmon, cheeseboard, pate and cocktail shrimp. The chef there will also mix their Caesar salad for you or you create your own.
We shared an Irish Tomahawk Steak $1088 HKD. Along with 2 side dishes of Truffle fries and mixed mushroom, $85 HKD each.

Lastly we shared a molten chocolate cake which was very well made. $120 HKD.

Service was amazing as usual from the moment we walked in till we left.

Enjoyed the M7 Tomahawk Rib Eye Chop, the salad bar, some onion rings and French fries, together with a mango-coconut sundae.

Good experience. Most everything tasted great (the duck fries were not that great). The steak totally worth the price but the other stuff was a tad bit expensive. Will probably give this another try and order the salad bar next time.

Probably my favorite steakhouse in Hong Kong. Great cuts from around the world. Try the bison for something new. Excellent sides. Classic cocktails. Great service.

Here for the Visa Promotion Set dinner. We’re most impressed by the salad bar that serves hand carved prosciutto, smoked salmon and fresh salad. Clam chowder and chocolate mud pie were so tasty. Aged white cheddar macaroni was outstanding. Dry aged Irish steak was a bit disappointing though.

This restaurant has a strange table setup. The decor is way too dark and gloomy for my taste especially the bathroom. Prefer restaurant bathrooms bright & white so I can tell that its clean !!

Back to food - Steak came a bit cold. Their Steak was decent, the yam fries was better than the steak that kind of says a lot 🙃 Pork ribs and dessert was good. Service was alright. Would I come back here for steak? Hmm, highly doubt it .. there are better places

Very solid.
Crab cake entree was very God, although there was a little shell in mine (so 4 V 5)
Pulled pork burger was very good, don't what looks like a smaller size put you off, you will be done at the end. The onion rings that came as a side were mainly batter. Probably an issue of personal taste, but I would take fries next time.
Service and ambiance was great.
