Very dirty. The food's stale.
Get your American import goods here, it's mostly stuff from costco, but you can get Dill pickles and Franks Hot sauce here amongst things like western cereals, candies etc.
If there's that got to have, hard to find in Hong Kong grocery item from the USA, then this just might be the place.
However be prepared to pay for it. If it's something that you can buy in local shops, then you'll find Gateway very, very expensive.
Also note the Best Before dates on the products before you buy. Sometimes they have product that has been on the shelf for a long, long time and don't have long before the Best Before date.
Awesome selection of US groceries, both single and bulk options. The majority of products are also kosher (more variety than other supermarkets), and Costco stock.
This is basically Costco in HK. Lots of large bulk and Kirkland brand items. Not a whole lot of selection, but the only place I have been able to find Charmin brand as well as Mt. Olive pickles and double stuffed Oreos. Prices reflect the exclusivity.
Good , I can find Maseca for make tortillas 😍😂
As an American expat living in Hong Kong, this store is a dream come true! They have all my favorite American brands, and the only store in Hong Kong that stocks the big container of Folger's ground coffee!! Highly recommend for any American.
I can find my favourite stuffs there
This is like a mini-costco (they actually have a few Kirkland brands). It's a bit hard to find. It's actually on the 2nd floor of an office building. Follow Google Maps to the address then keep an eye out for the KFC sign and look for the elevator lobby right beside the KFC. This is the only place I could find microwaved popcorn in HK :)
Mini version of Costco. Very cheap for HK but not huge range of goods.
Selection is limited but at a really good price
An American style supermarket. All are big pack.
Unlike other customers I found the staff polite & helpful Didn't have what I wanted in stock & promised to ring back when it arrived
Surprise..... they messaged back saying it had arrived ...!!
I'm an American who wanted to find American food while I'm studying abroad in Hong Kong. It doesn't have a wide arrange of products and could find most in Hong Kong
