Penn Pacific Dental Center is a 5* top notch service dental clinic! Easy and quick booking with great follow ups. Polite and friendly nurses (which is rare in HK). Dr. Yu is THE best dentist I have encountered!! Efficient, compassionate and thorough. She has light and quick hands which minimalize any discomfort that may occur. I am someone who is very scared of dentists and always leave any treatment to last minute but Dr. Yu has really turned this around and I almost enjoyed my visit! Fair price, top notch service. Warm bedside manner and I’m so grateful I have found Dr. Yu and the team! Thank you.

My experience at Penn Pacific Dental Center was very good. The staff was very accommodating and they had all the necessary COVID protocols in place.

Dr Yu, the dentist who saw me, was very knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of explanation and advice on my options. Great dentist, I would definitely go again for regular checkups.

Dr. Yu is very kind and gentle. She is very considerate of the patient throughout the session. Dr Yu explains very well and did a great job to calm my nerves. I just had my wisdom tooth removed here. Their receptionist is very helpful, explained everything in details. I greatly recommend Dr. Kamie Yu as my GP and Dr Derek Tse for a quick and painless surgery. All their staff are very professional, experienced, and really polite. The dental surgeon who took good care of my whole treatment, advised the right decisions, explained the process every step of the way. Both the GP and surgeon are very humble and highly experienced. They made my whole experience wonderful.

Penn Pacific Dental is a an excellent clinic that makes me feel conformable to do all dental treatments there without hesitation. The reception is very professional and always confirm and follow up the appointments. I went there for wisdom tooth extraction and everything went very smoothly. Operation time was short and precise. Dr Yu is professional and there was no pain after the surgery. Nurses are very caring and they follow up with a telephone call the next day after the operation.

The best dentist appointment I’ve had in a long time. I went in for a regular checkup and cleaning. Dr. Kamie was thorough, clear in explaining what she was doing and looking out for, and friendly! My appointment was in the evening on a weeknight which was very convenient. Definitely recommend this office!

This is a good place to get an professional consultation. I visited the dentist because I thought I needed a root canal + crown based on what another dentist told me (which costs 10K +), but Dr Yu told me that there was no need to a root canal at all, and that part of the problem was the poor craftsmanship of the existing dental fillings that were done by the previous dentists that resulted in a gap that could easily trap food between my teeth! He was also able to spot cavities in my X-Ray that two other dentists were not able to spot even after viewing the X-Ray(sigh)

Different dentists give different suggestions. I highly suggest you see this one, especially if you are unsure about the treatment plans laid out by your current dentist.

I went with my 5 years old last week. Dr. Yu was very detailed, gentle and nice. My 5 years old was very comfortable with the treatment. I would definitely refer my friend to visit Dr. Yu in the future.
