  Nice and trendy design. They are user friendly. My kids love it very much. Especially the board, really taller made for me. Their designer understand what I want. I feel satisfied with the design. They considerate many detail on daily life.
  
  Quality are quit good. The material seems long last.

  因為無咩渠道表達用後感，見到這裏有個空間，就在這裏說吧。
  
  已收貨。
  當初選擇他們，是因為在灣仔，看來看去，質素以他們最好。
  收貨後，我仍然認為他們質素好。
  但有些東西我忽略了：
  他們是一家傢私設計公司。即是說，正常的情況下，你要另找裝修師傅。
  這樣的情況下，他們的設計的櫃比較有限制。
  例如：他們不做層架，做層架的話需要有背版。
  做櫃的話，正正方方是一個櫃，S型L型弧型櫃是特別的櫃，要另外收設計費。這些設計費，可能夠你買另一個櫃。
  
  我們買的是一個叫攝影套餐，其中一項，修邊費800。
  設計師考慮到他們用的是裝嵌師傅，修邊效果可能不理想，所以婉拒。
  我們的設計師說，最好找我們的裝修師傅修邊。
  我們考慮過，這是不好的。自己的東西自己做，所以我們仍要求他們的師傅修邊。
  
  結果設計師話要利用L條修邊。利用L條，蓋住條罅。
  
  改下改下，度左三次尺! 話幅牆夠直，唔洗L條。
  我當場有D猶疑。活條(木條，另外嵌入櫃邊的。)，點修邊？
  Whatsapp 問了幾次都無答。
  追，都無答你的。
  設計師話利用度尺，幫我控制活條的濶度，從而修邊。
  
  結果，梗係修唔到啦!
  注意活條計入櫃的尺數。
  於是有一條接近4cm的活條，然後有一條大概半寸的罅。肉酸到呢。

  咁，
  我地比晒錢啦。
  收左貨大概一個星期，至今都未覆，我諗，都好難覆啦。

  This company cannot take any sort of criticism and they delete real and authentic reviews, therefore, I am going to give them FIVE STARS for spectacular non-existent service!!!
  
  This is what they deserve FIVE STARS for: an aggressive salesman who is also the North Point store manager who treats potential customers with no respect. The way he talked to us was degrading and absolutely appalling!
  
  I am so disappointed in Google for not checking the authenticity of the reviews that have been posted - how can a review with no words and just ONE STAR be deleted? Unbelievable. What era do we live in? Is this North Korea? O right, I forgot we live in Communist China under the rule of Chairman Mao.

  Detail design inspired by Ingvar Kamprad from Elmtaryd and the village Agunnaryd in Sweden (don't ask google that 💩) and quality material from mainland China. One out of five star for not being original.
  
  Customer service - no star
  Salesmanship - half star. Did get a business card.
  Workmanship - didn't get that far - star not awarded.
  Marketing strategy - five word responses. Can't put a paragraph together (see example below from their own staff).😂
  
  Personal overall experience with Decor house - not satisfied. I get more satisfaction watching grass grow sitting on a Japanese toilet with a cup of cappuccino while listening to Justin Bieber and typing this review at the same time. Wow. I'm mulit-tasking. I'm going to shop for a toilet brush from your top upper class competitor IKEA. At least they offer tasty meat balls. Yummooooo. Peace I'm out✌️
