I do really considerate to sensitive-skin customer, who has skin allergic by some specific ingredients or need to avoid the skin-allergic problem can make decision to take it or not after they knew about the ingredients.If customer choose to receive products by Post Office/Courier, all the products must be well-packed by bubble-paper and label as “handle with care” before send out. ATM willing to pay less effort to ensure all product being well-protected. And customer can be receive all the things perfectly good and without damage.

Where is the products origin?
ALL our product were directly came from Tokyo, Japan. Since buyer will travel frequently so all the products will be truly “fresh” and “updated”, if the product which is running out of stock and it will just take 10-14 days for replenishments normally.

Which paying method we do?
Acceptable for money transfer by account - Bank Of China account, also Paypal as well.

How to proceed customer order?
After confirmed product availability and the trading method, please customer PAID FULLY for products plus the postage fee/courier fee(if needed) before trading. After the payment done, please send the picture of bank receipt by email to: atmonlineshop@gmail.com, ATM will get back to customer as soon as possible for the trading time and trading methods.

Absolutely welcome to take order by personal order/request specifically, however, this service will be requested to pay HKD100 deposit before. If buyer cannot find it, deposit will be 100% refund to customer on the next banks working day.

如何進行客戶訂單？
已確認產品存貨OK後, 及確認交收方法, 煩請買家全額支付貨品及郵件運費/送件貨(如需要). 完成付款後, 請將銀行收據的圖片我們: atmonlineshop@gmail.com, 完成後東怪人會盡快與客人聯絡交易方法, 時間和地點.

絕對地歡迎私人訂單, 只要告訴我們你需要找的物品(請附圖片參考), 但是這項服務需要客人先付HKD100訂金. 如果買手不能為你找到物品, 全數訂金將會在下一個銀行工作天退還。
