  It's a office building with a mall at lower level , got small number of high price resturant and some brand name store , the area is mostly aim for ppl working in central for a walk at lunch time or after work .
  Doesn't have alot ppl in the weekend but at the same time not much to look around

  Hopefully useful tidbit: toilets are on the 2/F - there's an entrance next to the Cova, and another through the Starbucks.
