  在最近一期的新假期， 關於介紹文華雞飯（新加坡） 內容其中一項提及， 註明主廚曾在新加坡文華酒店的Chatterbox當廚師兩年，我想這個是美麗的誤會， 因我本人沒有在新加坡文華酒店的Chatterbox做過廚師。但在新加坡經營15年雞飯，及主廚。

  A recent article from Weekendhk Magazine featured Mandarin Chicken Rice (Singapore), it mistakenly stated that the chef worked in Singapore Mandarin Hotel Chatterbox restaurant for 2 years. I would like to clarify that i have never worked in Chatterbox. However i have engaged in my own Chicken rice business and as chef for 15 years in Singapore.

  文華雞飯 分店 (油麻地文苑街), 自開業以來，因人手嚴重不足，引致服務緩慢, 所以決定停業，並感谢各界支持，文華雞飯 (大角咀中滙街) 會正常營業 謝谢！

  Prolonged shortage of staff has greatly affected our level of service, Mandarin Chicken Rice has decided to closed down Yau Ma Tei branch with immediate effect, Thank you very much for your support. Do note that Mandarin Chicken Rice Tai Kok Tsui branch remains business as usual. Thank you!
