A very passionate, professional and knowledgeable florist in town. Lady Chan has been so helpful throughout the floral preparation process. She kept closed communications with me via watsapp on the design I had wanted. (Especially from the very beginning of the ordering process, I am at overseas and all communications had relied on the phone only). She went beyond expectations recommended the flowers as seen in the attached photo for my wedding hair accessories. I had requested for roses. I had tried both and the one she recommended created an outstanding look! The circular bouquet was a perfect ball like and exactly what I have in mind. She is also very thoughtful and provided complimentary vase for bouquet at times that I am not carrying. The flowers were delivered earlier than expected. Combining all aspects, the products and service is superb, lady Chan is clearly enjoy what she does and giving me assurance the flowers will look at it best on the day. She also stood out from other quotes I had enquired was that she definitely show signs of care to the customers unlike other florists more short-sighted on profits only. She is a florist I will keep in touch in the future! THANK YOU!
