A very fine place, the only problem is the lack of close water source. The closest one is at least 15 minutes away. The toilet is a bit too primitive for some people. The best part is the grass, probably due to limited usage. There are some tables but there is no chair provided before the tables. BBQ pits do come with seats.

A campsite that doesn't include toilets and showers. There are also a lot of cows 24/7. It still has a great view from the campsite.

A wonderful place to view the fabulously beautiful landscape from Ma On Shan to Sai King. Place for paragliding fans too.

one of the best easy hiking trails in Hong Kong.
start from the Ma On Shan Country Park, after a 30min walk along the upslope rocky/rugged trail you'll find the gorgeous Ngong Ping Plateau. (you may bumped into some feral cows - stay calm and carry on.)
there you can enjoy a magnificent view overlooking Sharp Peak, High Island Reservoir, Yim Tin Tsai, Sai Kung, Pak Sha Wan (Hebe Haven) and High Junk Peak. there's a piece of rock on where people stand for photo shooting and guts testing. occasionally you'll see paragliders too.
