  This is the more famous oyster pancake stall. There's one across the street which is quite good too.
  This one by the canal usually has longer line. Made to order takes time. Fragrant, crispy and fresh. Best with the Thai chili sauce. Tangy and like spicy. $28/piece.

  24元一份，類似台灣的蚵仔煎加上蚵嗲的綜合版本，餅本身有點太油但是辣醬很夠味，老闆娘很親切。

  超好味道嘅蠔餅! The fried oyster cakes are simply incredible. Must eat if you're in the Yuen Long area. It's best to eat them immediately rather than take away.
