  My mom bought a thermometer from this store. When she back home, the thermometer didn’t work and she brought it back to store and asked the staff . The staff said the thermometer was out of battery and told her to buy new battery. She walked around at her neighborhood and unable to find the special battery and she was so tired after she walked around for so long . I’m not living in hk when my mom told me this incident I feel very mad about it. The thermometer probably kept in the store for long time and l am not sure whether the staff did it on purpose or not to sell this product to a senior lady.

  店員態度惡劣，不專業，老字號唔憂做但也不至於此等差劣服務態度吧！
  我等病人家屬買藥是有需要，醫生向我推介此藥房，說藥物齊，但我就是買不到，比藥名還要給牌子，給了牌子又說沒，沒這沒那也沒關係，因為你沒有別的也會有，態度才是關鍵。
