  One of the most out of scale buildings at the TST area. Just too massive and solid! From across the Harbour, it appears as an oversized tin box in the cityscape. Exterior finish is a very complex hard surface which imitates a stage curtain. Passed by on Christmas Eve 2017. Hope it will eventually look better when it is completed and amongst the architecture at West Kowloon Cultural District.
