  We booked via a local agency (Philippines) that’s partnered with this entity in Hong Kong. They were always late in picking is us up for the tours in the morning. We were the last people to leave HK Disneyland due to a “miscommunication,” with a driver. We had kids with us out there on a cold night. Everyday and every pick up was a different tour guide. So its always troublesome to explain the package inclusions all the time. In one instance, they told us to provide a time we want to be picked up from Ocean Park via a call before lunch time. Then on the way out of the bus, they told us that they will pick us up by 6pm no other time. Ugh. Very frustrating to be booking with them. Look for another agency. Or better yet, do it yourself.

  Worst service ever received by a tour guide. The person who came to receive us at the hongkong airport left us as we were taking coffeee from the shop at our own cost. We pleded him to stop and leave the coffeee even we paid for it . But she left us . The tour guide name was Ten
