Pros: The food is decent at best and the restaurant is located in a prime spot in the city. One of the few places open on Sunday.
Cons: The serving size seems to have undergone some reduction in size. The prices have risen somewhat. You get much plastic ware to eat in but the food does not match
Its okay for now!im yet to taste all those delacacies im hearing about😁☺️😎
A long standing place to get awesome Chinese cuisine in guyana, the restaurant and staff and great quality of the food makes this easy to recommend. I recommend trying the private dining areas if you have a party or any other special occasion, the prices are great and service is top notch.
While there I ate a lot of Chinese food in an effort to taste "the best" in the country. According to my taste buds, they had the best food because it's the kind of food I prefer (some may disagree). The restaurant was clean and we received the food in no time. What was weird though is that they gave spoons to eat and I had to actually request a fork. I'm guessing it's a cultural thing.
Tasty and affordable. Great location and good service.
Decent Chinese food, good service.
The prices are reasonable, food tastes great! Fried rice was the best. Loved the cookies and cream ice-cream too. Ambience upstairs in the dining area is warm.
Great place excellent service and amazing cuisine.
One if the first restaurants I tried in Guyana. Has a quite diverse menu. For more of a fine dining experience there is upstairs the one in town, or the branch in Providence in the mall with massy and the gym. Diverse options of well cooked meals. I like their friend rice here as well. And good options for vegetarians (my friend is vegetarian and she buys there alot)
One of the better Chinese restaurant in Guyanagood flavor attentive svc and large variety of food considering the local cuisine only complaint the food quality have been dropping since I first visited restaurant in 2011 but still a good deal
Nice variety of food, good service.
Best Chinese food, however restaurant needs updating, and food quality dropping but still great experience
The food is decent and the restaurant is located in a prime spot in the city. One of the few places open on Sunday.
Great food, nice patio seating and good value.
I love upstairs for family and spouse great customer service from the waiters the food is good
Great food and good service, the place to eat if you want delicious food for a good price
I like the environment and the food is good Sweet and sour chicken is the best and their fried chicken is wonderful.
I have had the privilege of eating from here when it was in its initial years when they were efficient ,facilities were adequate for a restaurant of its caliber but now the washrooms don't even flush the sink looks nasty and the entire atmosphere changed from that which it had. I'm even scared too eat from there now , one Sunday we bought some food (cause everybody knows Guyanese don't cook on Sunday) and my mom got food poising and this was from the recently opened branch. Management really needs to step their game up.
Nice restaurant I goes there every time I visit guyana
I had the pleasure to dine here on my visit to Georgetown. Probably the best food that I had in Guyana. The pepper shrimp is a bit pricey but it's definitely worth trying. The place looks a bit run down from the outside and the servers and cleanliness definitely needs improvement. I'd usually deduct a star or two for this but I can't see past that amazingly delicious food.
Good service Awesome food
There dishes are good but lately when I was there I bought food and it had small stone inside of it.
Mediocre food at best with expensive prices. Not sure why everyone recommends this place.
