Very rude staff - on holiday in Guyana entered this store with my cousin and husband they were ahead of me and I was slowly behind with my shoulder bag. As I proceeded into the shop I heard a man say hey you I turned round and realized he was talking to me he pointed OUT and also to follow him to the front of the shop where they had shelves behind a counter he wanted me to leave my bag and all its belongings there or leave I said I’m not leaving it as it’s my handbag with passport phone and purse . He then called security which I explained I’m on holiday here and the watches spoke to me was not acceptable and would not be leaving my bag anywhere - he said ur good go on . My family quickly came back to
My aid and I explained and my cousin who lives here was horrified of this treatment and demanded to speak to the manager - who was not available so she asked for his brother who was around the back stocktaking - he was interested when we explained he kept looking at his clipboard and said it’s policy and then we mentioned how he told
Me get out he said well I do t know what he said !!! Instead of apologizing or saying he would train his staff to speak and act better he just kept repeating himself about policies and I don’t know what he said ?? Just rude the whole experience and I won’t be retuning . I hope the main manager sees this and takes notes !!
Great supper Market , shopping here made me feel like I was shopping back home in the USA .
This is an okay grocery story, with a decent selection of goods. Mainly foreign goods, but an okay selection.
It works if you live in the area, but you'll need to go somewhere else for more esoteric options. Or more affordable produce.
Apparently shoplifting is a concern, because there are guards at the door. And they don't allow bags in the grocery store, which is annoying.
Shopping at survival Supermarket was a wonderful experience. The supermarket was very neat and very well put together. All the cashiers were on point so that there were no long lines. I believe the company needs to work more on customer service, there needs to be a bit more smiles and willingness to assist the customer.
The entire staff at survival is outstanding in customer service, especially the cashiers. I always feel completely comfortable there and I'm always greeted with a smile. I also notice how well they are with the other customers. keep up the good work.
Well laid out supermarket with ample space between labelled aisles. It has just about everything a normal supermarket would have and the customer service is good. Would be excellent if they would open as late as their counterpart on Sheriff Street to facilitate customers and offer discounts based on your customer number.
Great, super love shopping there , everything you need is there.🌟
Excellent service. Western Union upstairs. Very convenient and next to Popeye's didn't hurt 😁
You will probably get the best prices here and most of your most used items will be here. Downside, cashing out is slow.
Rather good prices compared to the other competitive super market , named Nigel ´s Supermarket located in Rob street,
Good service, great discounts for the elderly

Pros- Cool supermarket, good staff and products. The only con is navigating the traffic when leaving the parking lot.
Affordable prices and I wide variety of items.
Good Grocery, I stocked up here before flying into the interior.
Rather good prices compared to the other competitive super market , named Nigel.
Really nice super market have everything you need at one place. But need more parking.
