If you are visiting Guyana for the first time. This Cathedral should you be added to your bucket list. The St. George's Cathedral was built out of wood and at one time held the title for the world's tallest wooden building. The outside is beautiful and if you go in you will see the magnificence and splendor.

Reputedly the tallest wooden building in the world. Whether it is or isn't St George's is still absolutely beautiful.
