Singers is giving my Father-in-law a royal run around to replace a defective freezer they sold him. Poor customer service and they have us begging them to provide a service that they are obligated to provide.

I am so disappointed. I bought a washing machine cash of course which I am sorry I did. Certain cycles not working. When I questioned the technician and a manager I was told that is how it works. My question is why would a company manufacture a machine with cycles that does not work. Now I am left with a half a functional Machine. Management. needs to have someone on the floor explaining to customers how appliances work. Customer service is horrible.

Customer service is terrible their. The stuff they sell is ok but the staffs are horrible no 1 knows anything and is unwilling to help I will never shop their again. I will go courts. The worst thing is they dont have anyone you can share your complain to. Smh and not forgetting went i ask for help one of the staff stewwww her teeth.

Bought a fridge from here and surprisingly it was much cheaper than Courts Guyana. It was good quality. Wished we were experienced as we didn't know the ice crusher machine couldn't handle bulks of ice. As we are from Guyana and when it have black out the ice melts then freeze back in bulks and it damaged the crusher motor. Singers didn't have the parts for it. But otherwise it makes the ice regardless and we can get the ice and water. Only the crushed ice we can't use. Staff is way better than other places and they are hungry for that sale. Very educational and experienced. They know their information and answer questions when asked. Service with a smile.

Worst customer service ever...no one knows anything and they are all nonchalant in their approach to your concern and their duties.. what's the worst however is the GMs ..Mrs Lloyd refusal to see the customer....ding ding ding, now I understand why the staff don't care.. horrible horrible horrible!!!! No stars

If you are purchasing by cash you will find great deals here. The prices found in Singers on fridges, televisions, sewing machines, beds, chair suites and other appliances are great.

Cons:
The location is a bit out of the way - that part of Water Street is almost inaccessible for most people now.
