Description
Shanta's was opened in 1955 by Parbatie "Betty" Persaud. To this day, it's known for it's world-famous dahl puri and it's exceptional Indian and Creole cuisine served with a smile. Today, it's run by Betty's son, Prem, and her grandson, Mikail. This page is managed by Prem's daughter, Vinita :)
