  Went to the bank today to replace my card and make a deposit at 10am. It wasn't full, got through fine at the tellers and switch to costumer service. Tell me why I'm next in line and standing. A worker called me over and took my name and said to sit my name would be called. So many people was served before me then I went to check only to hear I'm next .....two hours later it's reaches to my turn some guy who came way after all these people the lady in the bank is to tell me let me please deal with Dr whoever. So now I have to wait again. Next time I got to know someone in the bank to get through.

  Very excellent staff and efficient response from the employee but needs to upgrade the ATM at Parika since it is the only one there, keep up the good work.

  Customer service is good but service need upgraded as I sit there 3 plus hour for just get new card I see people standing for hours wait to just use teller images some of them have to go work ,our bank in system need to update where people can make appointment not just come stand there not sure I'd you get look after or finish on time to other things for day ,teller need work fast ,so Manger need look for better way coming home to my birth country which I m proud of make me sick to see service meet out to poor hard working people
