  I had a really bad experience with Rainforest Tours and i hope this review will avoid similar issues for other travelers. I have been trying to book a day trip to the Kaieteur fall with RFT for days and i ended up not going. I contacted Frank Singh repeatedly over emails and the extremely slow pace of answers, the lack of transparency, and the outright lack of professionalism completely ruined the trip for me. I understand these tours are contingent on the number of people and can be cancelled fast but what i do not understand is the utter lack of accountability. I phoned Frank and he told me on the phone that he was checking availability on other tours and would circle back to me in the following minutes. It's been 24h without even a cookie cutter email explaining that no, it wasn't possible.
  That is a terrible way of doing business and I hope fellow travelers will avoid falling into the same pitfalls as I did by avoiding RFT at all costs.
