  ROOMS ARE ANCIENT, NO UPGRADES ,ROOMS SMELLS AWFUL….HORRIBLE FRONT DESK SERVICE….THE OLDER WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK , Javita IS VERY RUDE… I USED THE GARBAGE AT THE FRONT DESK …. SHE TOLD ME I CANNOT USED THAT GARBAGE…. I HAVE ONE ON MY FLOOR AND SHE INSISTED THAT I CHANGE THE GARBAGE…. AS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND GUEST AT THIS BUILDING…. MANAGER YOU SERIOUSLY NEED NEW FRONT DESK STAFF ….THERE WAS A SECOND BALD HEAD STAFF WHO ALSO TOLD ME I CANNOT USED THE GARBAGE AND IT WAS A MATTER OF AN

  I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Great staff and service with a room overlooking the ocean. The place was clean and and even had WiFi and a free breakfast. This hotel is also very affordable. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Worse hotel ever. The rooms are old, the plumbing don’t work properly. The toilet don’t flush properly, the water backs up in the shower. Not a family friendly hotel. The water cut off two times for over an hour, one time no cold water out the shower, only very hot water, I couldn’t take a shower it was too hot. The staff seems as if they are not allowed to speak to the guests and the ones who spoke to us were very rude. They had the same breakfast every day and it was always cold. Breakfast finishes at 10 am , one of my family member asked for a cup of hot water at 10:30 and was told no. This is not a family friendly hotel, management complained about kids running at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon. We had 5 rooms for 10 nights, we had to check out at on the 5th day and went to a better hotel. This hotel almost ruined our family vacation

  Nice hotel. The room we had, has only a small window in the bathroom. The service is good. Breakfast is nice, pancakes, bread, egg, baked potatoes and fish coffee and tea. The furniture is old. The location is nice. Close to the seawall.

  The facility is very secure. The location is a few steps from the sea walls. The front staff was great. Everyone was helpful. I stayed on the first floor in the deluxe room w/2 queen size memory foam beds... The price was reasonable.. There is complimentary breakfast. There is a three day b4 cleaning policy. The Hot water was the best! The air conditioning was available and functional but I kept it at close to outdoor temp (28c) during the night. There is outdoor seating.

  Great staff, amazing view and centrally located. A definite yes!, if you're looking for a great hotel at a great price.
