This is a very sad place The people who own it must be doing OK ,or live under a rock NO one to help the customer In this mad house If you find one they don't want to be here ,What sad about ALL the good small stores are gone When that happen the customers suffer ONLY IN GUYANA

My experience at this place of business leaves much to be desired. Two years ago I experienced unprofessional staff. It hasn't changed. It is time customers demand better service from this establishment. Also, the whole process of purchasing an item is flawed and needs to be addressed. As a paying customer, I need to 1) take my desired item or items from the shelf. 2) Proceed to a cashier. 3) Pay for it and leave.
In this establishment, you take an item from the shelf to some behind a counter in the department. That person takes the item from you and in exchange give you a little piece of paper to take to the cashier... While the item is handed to a "runner" to take to the pickup counter (different from the cashier counter). You then pay the cashier and then proceed to the pickup counter to get the item... And when you think you're done, there's a person at the door who wants to see your bill and item/s.

The store has almost all of your hardware needs and it is located in central Georgetown. The staff could do much better with customer service and the prices are on par with most major hardware retailers.

Inventory management systems here are abysmal to say the least. Staff is rude and customer service is seemingly unheard of. The way the store is managed is a direct reflection of the level of training the staff recieves. Most of the time they have no clue what you're asking for and have a proportional amount of interest in helping you. Do yourself a favor and don't waste the money on parking or your time on customer service.
