The store is beautiful, clean and well stacked. Employees are very unfriendly and rude. I was in the store for about 35 minutes and many Employees passed by me but no one offered assistance. When I got to the register the cashier was unfriendly and uninterested in offering good service. I was told the store doesn't accept US dollars and I should "change the money and return" for my goods. Overall, it's great to see this amazing store in Guyana but people make service not goods.

This store has a wide variety of groceries, food, cakes, beverages, meat, sweets, wine, alcohol, fruits, canned items, etc. You can also pay utility bills and Western Union facilities. Phone credits are also available. There are two locations (Providence and Vreed en Hoop-mini). Massy Providence is in close proximity to the Amazonia mall that has KFC, boutiques, BadMonkey Merch, Jade's Wok Restaurant, The Flames Restaurant, Burger King, Churches, Coffee Bean, RestoBar and Restaurant, Lazeez Fusion (Thai, Indian and Italian cuisine). Upstairs of Massy is the gym and the well-known New Thriving Restaurant.

Nice, clean, spacious and comfortable environment for shopping. Their staff are very helpful and friendly. Prices are not set at a competitive price as most items are kinda expensive. Their pastries are very cheap and always fresh. Food are delicious and not forgetting that banana bread. I'm not here on a regular as I do shop where I can get wholesale prices and items. If you guys offer wholesale that'll be a game changer. But if you do. That's good. I know east coast branch should offer whole sale as I've heard people talking about it. I'll need to visit there to see for myself. Thank you and stay safe to all those reading this comment or feedback. Bye.

First of all i would recommend Massy as the best supermarket in this country, why I said so there is a lot of stuff in that supermarket that they have you cannot find nowhere else in this country, their meat and fish always fresh, as well as vegetables too, comfortable shopping, quality stuff, best price, good customer service, I can go on and on I wish I could give them a 10 star.

Love this place. Pretty much has anything you could want. Too many staff standing around not doing anything snd not knowing the layout of their own workplace. Customer service needs a lot of work.
