Turn off the lights.
Keeping the lights on in your home may not be expensive on a per-watt basis, but it sure does cost money over time. To save as much as you can, turn off lights any time you leave your house – or even when you leave the room. Turning off lights when you have plenty of natural sunlight can also help keep your electric bill down over time.
The bottom line: If you aren’t using a light, turn it off.

Ever thoughts about ways to save more water at home?
Here is a great tip: Soak pots and pans instead of letting the water run while you scrape them clean.
This will not only help you save water but it also helps you save money spent to purchase water.

Have you ever wondered when it's the right time to turn off lights?
Incandescent lights should be turned off whenever they are not needed, because they are the least efficient type of lighting.
Stats show 90% of the energy they use is given off as heat, and only about 10% results in light. Turning lights off will also keep a room cooler.

A good manager understands how to create engaged teams.😀
Inside an organization, ideas, emotions and attitudes spread in the same way that a virus spreads from cell to cell in the body.
A manager can create conditions under which engagement thrives and then step back and let team members catch the engagement bug.
Here are three habits of managers that empower engagement: 1. They hire wisely, choosing persons who are likely to get on board with the team culture.
2. They create an environment of Meaning, Autonomy, Growth, Impact and Connection (MAGIC).
3. They are involved with everyone on their team and stay personally engaged in their tasks with their minds, spirits, hearts and hands.

I think it is Great for small business people who want to in improve the quality of the business.
I had visited the Head Office once to expand a chicken and duck farm project in Berbice but has encountered some issues to be resolved by March 2018. I was attended to by a very polite and informative Loan Counselor(female) at booth 4. However, I have another project at ECD where I currently reside already in existence and has been always looking for a partner to expand and grow same like my other project. Having gone through this page I feel motivated to say I have found a partner. I have an abiding interest to learn new things and I love the challenge to adapt to changes which is part of the growth which I am looking forward to for my business ideas. I see them in one package at IPED. I will be revisiting the office soon to with high spirits to start partnering in business with IPED and I am making a commitment to stay in partnership and grow my business ideas to the highest point for long and sustainable durations with a successful path to transition into the rights of my four children and their children and their children children.
