Would give it 0 stars if I could. Probably the worst telephone company in the world. My husband and I are living in Guyana from Canada, trying to get in touch with our sick family at home. After waiting forever for months for the landline to be put in, we were excited thinking it wouldn’t be long for our DSL to be connected. Now they tell us we won’t be set up til next year. This company just takes your money and than makes you wait forever. Reflects badly on the country. The last straw was when they had set up our landline last month, the workers knocked the telephone pole out of the ground and it’s only being held up by the phone cable, leaning towards my home. I’ve called GTT about every other day just to be told they’ll send an email to the people supposed to come fix it. This morning it fell and pulled down my power lines with it. Again after calling, no one has shown up. Now I not only don’t have a phone line, I also don’t have electricity. Save yourself stress and money and don’t bother with this company.

Too much drop service, very frustrating to experience drop calls when on important business. GT&T Internet is like a castnet you are lucky to connect or catch a fish.
