I purchased some gym equipment from this company a few months back, they're perfect .However, they need to improve on customer service.This morning I called the office four to five times to get some assistance but whoever I'm being transferred to keeps disconnecting the call.I tried to speak to a supervisor but that was not allowed.I hope some adjustments are made where that is concerned.

Honestly the worst customer service I've experienced. The sales rep I spoke with was in no way inviting and seemed to not care about my issue at hand and made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about and even went on to laugh at one of my questions, even thought it was a legit question and she just did not know what I was talking about. I'd never recommend this store to anyone!
