I am known for being a military spouse first, Realtor second.

What does that mean?

Simply stated, I help every military family to the best of my ability whether they are using me as a Realtor or not. Have questions about moving to Guam? I’ll answer them or find the answer for you. Need a contact at base housing? I’ll gladly provide it. Want to talk about kids, pets, the stress of it all? Let’s grab a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine. With over 15 years as a military spouse, I've navigated many moves, deployments, and life obstacles. I'm more than happy to share my personal stories, if it will help others.

I became a Realtor on Guam to take care of military families. My belief is in kindness, and that money will follow on it’s own. I don’t believe in pushing off base housing and strongly encourage that you see everything base housing has to offer, and yes, it is a great fit for many families. I will gladly assist you in moving into base housing, just as I would moving into a home off base.

In addition to being a licensed Realtor on Guam, I have over a decade of experience managing my own rental; so, not only do I understand home ownership, I'm a successful landlord and property manager.

My background is diverse, serving in nonprofit management, advocacy (for our military and their families), and over a decade of military financial counseling. This makes me knowledgeable and an undeniable resource when it comes to working with your lender of choice. Not only do I speak the lingo, I understand how to produce a profitable rental or just stay within a budget and gain equity in a home.

Lastly, I’ll add that I chose to work with an outstanding Broker who is a local to Guam and a retired Navy Master Chief. This gives you the resourcefulness of a military spouse with the backing of local and experienced Broker.

Every Realtor on Guam has access to the MLS and can provide listings, but I personally understand the trials of military life and have the additional education, experience, and skillset that will provide you with the support and understanding you need as you navigate the real estate market.
